The »Village« is a small luxury hotel that is privately owned and managed. Our mission is to create an inspiring environment in which our guests can relax. We have a genuine and serious passion for providing our guests with hospitality and good, old fashioned service. Our first priority is to ensure that each and every guest receives service that is discreet and unobtrusive whilst retaining that personal touch.

The idea and the name for this hotel

... to Village came from the bar of »Le Village« at the Hotel La Poste, Zermatt, Switzerland. One of the founders of the legendary restaurant and discotheque Village was Rolf Seiche from the famous Gogärtchen. Some of our guests today celebrated wild nights there, partying until dawn.
When the “roaring seventies” subsided, the Village closed down and was demolished, being rebuilt in 1993.
From January 1st 1998 until March 31st 2019 it was owned by Peter and Minka Stütz.
2011/2012 the Village was completely reconstructed so that today it presents itself as a premium Luxury Hotel.

Unwind and relax in our pool and spa. Sauna are open from 8 a.m until 9 p.m. Slippers for our spa can be found in your room. From our special wellness offer you can book e.g. traditional full body or parential massage, Ayurveda treatment up to your personal trainer.
Our fitness room is equipped with a full range of Technogym units.

Holidays with your four-legged friend.

Extensive strolls, wonderful landscape, unique climate - Sylt is the perfect holiday destination - even for your four-legged friend. Tempting endless beaches and a range of public footpaths provide lots of opportunity for widespread runs. Stunningly beautiful walks on the beach without peer are unforgettable for both master and dog.

Choose between 15 beach areas along the west coast were dogs are welcome. Everything the heart desires: Fetch sticks out of the waves, sniff at conspecifics, rampage in the sand. We recommend the quiet low season as ideal travelling time. Only then further beach areas admitt access. A pet dog can be accommodated, by prior agreement, at a small charge per night (please see pricelist for further details).

Handicap 34 is essential condition to play on the strictly private course. Guests are welcome. Registration is necessary because of the limited number of green fee players per day.

Car Hire & Parking Zone

We offer a rental vehicle, a MCC Smart. Explore the Island! On request, we will gladly provide you with rental bikes.

Parking zone
There is ample parking at the hotel for your vehicle. Our house has 12 parking spaces available for 10 accommodation units. Should there be a shortage at any time - we apologise for any inconvenience. In most cases the reason lies in generous to a fault parking.

Servicepoint

Your personal work-station in the »Friesengiebel« ...
If you really have to keep in touch with work then there is a secluded area under the eaves in the »Friesengiebel« where you can work undisturbed using our wireless LAN and printer.
